PLUS is a long-term service that provides support for basic issues. PLUS dedicates hours each month for more proactive activities such as training or customizations. Available services for your company to take advantage of each month include: NetSuite configuration, custom training, selections from our training video library, and report creation.

If you need a report created, that report will fit your needs and your way of doing business. Training is much the same; no stock programs to choose from, the curriculum and materials are designed around your way of doing business. PLUS makes sure that the solutions you get are the solutions you need.
Phone Support
Imagine calling for support and not waiting on hold! Whether you have a quick 2 minute phone call or an in-depth software issue, NetSuite support is available without the wait AND for less than what NetSuite charges. Even better, because our support staff is well acquainted with your business, it takes us less time to understand and diagnose your issues. Our results are designed with your particular business model in mind, rather than just with a stock response.
Training
NetSuite training can be provided in person or over the web for you and your employees and can be conducted in either a group setting or one-on-one. Custom training can be used for new employees or to learn all about new features from each new release. If needed, custom training documentation can also be provided to help your employees retain what they learn.
Videos
Take advantage of Epiphany's ever-growing library of training videos. Unlike custom training, of course, the videos provide a standard overview of each module that they cover. But they can be reused and an hour of video training costs what 1/2 hour of custom training would. There are currently comprehensive overviews for modules like general setup, shipping, Outlook integration, and creating multiple bills.
NetSuite Customization
NetSuite is one of the most flexible products available today. Whether you need a customized role, form, or record, we can provide it for you. Setting up commissions, your web store, or Knowledge Base are all also options. Whether you need to configure the standard settings or add custom javascript to improve your users' experience, our programmers are there to help.
Report Creation
Create deeper, more meaningful reports either in NetSuite or in Crystal/Business Objects. Whether it's custom reports or saved searches, you can gain timely, consistent information. Dissect information as you need and distribute it through email, online, embedded in web pages, or even in dynamically updated MS Office files.
