Epiphany provides two ways to help customers get the most from their Netsuite systems: Subscription Support and Consulting Support.
Subscription Support is the foundation service that ensures users get prompt answers to questions about how Epiphany products work as well as analysis of data that may have caused issues.
Three levels of subscription support are available.
