It’s Simple to use! Follow the process shown below to see how easy this process really is!

1. eXL icon is placed on your Desktop for quick, easy access; just Click and begin the Import Process

2. eXL import tool opens as shown below

3. Simply browse to choose the file you wish to import.

• You have the ability to validate the file information prior to import

4. Click on the Import button and the process begins!

• Import tool connects to NetSuite as shown on the Status Bar

5. After Connection to NetSuite the Import begins!

• Import status bar is provided for your reference

6. Quote is being imported as shown in the Status Bar

Import Successful!

• You now have the option to import another file
• Simply click Clear and Browse to choose the next file to import

Let’s see what the Import Looks like in NetSuite!

• Custom View allows you to see all Estimate or Sales Orders that were imported today

• Simply click on the Estimate you want to open
