View list of Invoices available for the selected Customer

Choose which Invoices need to be Combined

Save the Estimate – Epiphany’s eConsolidated Invoicing Bundle does the rest

After Saving the Estimate, Line Item Detail is automatically populated

Epiphany’s eConsolidated Invoicing Bundle Creates a Proforma Invoice that:

Is Not included in your Forecast

Does Not hit the General Ledger

Provides Line Item Detail

Total/Summary information is automatically calculated and shown in the header of the Proforma Invoice

Do you need to combine multiple Sales Order lines into one Invoice line?

Whether you’re ordering the same item on a sales order from multiple vendors or entering multiple items on a sales order which are part of a package offering – eConsolidated Invoicing lets you consolidate multiple sales order lines into one line on an invoice.

It’s Simple to Use!

Open a new Estimate and select the Customer

Use sequential numbering to identify what line items should be consolidated

Save the Estimate

Note: Each line remains as an individual line on the estimate. The consolidation only happens upon printing the invoice.

Print the Invoice

• Qty shows the total of all consolidated line item Qty columns
• Unit price is the “average” of all consolidated line items
• Total is the total price of all consolidated line items
