Would you like to view the schedules of multiple Resources in one document?

Using native NetSuite calendar event functionality and a customized view you are able to export Resource schedules as a single Excel file. eCalendar converts that Excel file into a single calendar providing you with complete color-coded schedule visibility! 

It’s a simple three step process!

1. Schedule Resource(s) using native NetSuite calendar event functionality
2. Export the custom view of all Resources and their event schedules into an Excel format
3. Run eCalendar

The eCalendar Add-in, provided, is added to Microsoft Excel (2007). To use simply click on the eCalendar Add-in located on the Add-Ins tab of a new Excel Spreadsheet.

You will be prompted to choose the files you wish to import. This file is the Search that was exported out of NetSuite into an Excel format. The import process will begin automatically after choosing the import file.
