Below is an example of one of the Events that is generated from a Sales Order Line. A Work Order for the technician can be printed from this screen.
In the example shown below, when the cleaning is complete, the technician provides information such as actual hours, products used etc. allowing the Operations Manager to see the job profitability.
Epiphany’s eCalendar provides you with your event view of all your Resource’s schedules allowing you to easily export this search out of NetSuite and into a single Excel file for complete color-coded schedule visibility. Using native NetSuite calendar event functionality and a customized event search you are able to export that search as a file to display your calendar.

The eCalendar Add-in is added to Microsoft Excel (2007). To use simply click on the eCalendar Add-in located on the Add-Ins tab of a new Excel Spreadsheet.
You will be prompted to choose the files you wish to import. This is a Search that has been exported out of NetSuite into an Excel format. The import process will begin automatically after choosing the import file.
